1. Reduce conflicts and confusion in your life!

conversations, get what ever done just reduce it!

2.Seek to understand and not just only be understood.

When you know better you do better so seek to understand

and to be in the know 🙂

3. Speak up for your self and your feelings ( just keep it real)

You feel how you feel, holding on to it doesn’t change that.

4. Stay calm as possible

I am a firm believer of NO DRAMA so stay calm this helps

you with any anxiety you may / could experience!

5. Be proactive and forward thinking not reactive.

Remember to stay focused on what the issue at hand is.
